Cimarron Asset Management claims compliance with the Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS®)

Cimarron Asset Management, LLC (“Cimarron”) is an independent investment advisor registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission under the Investment Advisors Act of 1940. Cimarron manages equity portfolios in several strategies primarily for U.S. institutional clients. A complete listing and description of Cimarron’s composites as well as a GIPS® compliant performance presentation summary are available upon request by calling 214-420-7400, or by email at info@cimarronasset.com.

The RVI™ Large Cap, RVI™ Large Value, RVI™ Small Cap, and  RVI™ Socially Responsible composites are comprised of accounts managed using Cimarron’s Relative Value Investing (RVI™) approach which attempts to create portfolios that, when compared to the prescribed benchmark, are priced at a discount while exhibiting similar growth characteristics as well as below market risk characteristics. The benchmarks shown throughout – the S&P 500, Russell 2000, Russell 1000 Value, and Domini 400 – are unmanaged indices of the shares of large, mid, and small U.S. corporations. All index performance includes capital appreciation and reinvested dividends and is presented gross of fees.

Cimarron performance is the total return including cash and cash equivalents of an asset-weighted composite of discretionary portfolios. Performance is expressed in US dollars. Performance results are presented after all trading costs, and both before management fees (“gross of fees”) and after management fees (“net of fees”). Net returns are computed by deducting the maximum investment advisory fee for the strategy pro-rated on a quarterly basis. Cimarron’s standard management fee differs by strategy; fee schedules are available upon request, as is the firm’s current form ADV II.

Past performance is not indicative of future results. As with any investment vehicle, there is always a potential for profit as well as the possibility of loss.  Actual results may differ from composite returns depending on account size, investment guidelines and/or restrictions, inception date and other factors.
